PegArch was hired to design this custom ranch with large 3 car garage. This home utilizes heavy post and beam vaulted central living space, with a master wing on one side and the kids on the other. Breaking ground Spring 2021!

This family in a one level ranch was running out of room. PegArch was hired to add a second level, bonus room, office, open plan kitchen/living area, and a loft that overlooks the back yard.
Water-view Renovation

PegArch was hired by a contractor to create design and construction drawings for this home with water views in Milford. The homeowners wanted a modern Nordic style, with large folding door and open first floor plan.
Mobility Renovation

PegArch was brought on board to create design and construction drawings to renovate this home. Our scope was to make the fully accessible for the owner, a local Veteran, to include a large roll-in shower, accessible bedroom, kitchen and living area. PegArch also incorporated an interior elevator for the owner to access all levels of this 3-level home, and an exterior Vertical Platform Lift for direct access to the driveway. We are glad to be a part of the team to keep this owner living comfortably in his home.

They were in need of a master suite, second floor laundry, more entertaining space by means of a heated sunroom, and some way to tie it all together to accommodate their lifestyle. The master suite creates a sheltered ‘carport’ style area to get out of the weather to bring in groceries, while still allowing access to the existing garage. The sunroom on the opposite side will be a great place for music and friends to come together.

The owners of this home in an ideal location of Glastonbury wanted a better system of entering the home. This small 65 square foot addition and renovation of the front of this home allows the family and guests to enter into a well lit sunroom with ample coat and shoe storage. A simple and affordable design solution that makes the house much more inviting and practical to address the needs of the growing family. We also demolished some interior walls, opened up the kitchen, and created a more effective cooking and entertaining space.

Clients purchased a beautiful victorian home in Hebron, and wanted to remove a structural column and put in large windows to bring in more natural light into the kitchen space. They also wanted to add a sun room off the back with a larger deck to enjoy the serene acreage. They hired the contractors and they were eager to get started. PegArch expedited their design and drawings to address the tight timeline. Permitting was approved and construction began June 2018.

Clients purchased a beautiful property in Seymour that contained a structurally sound existing foundation (the old house caught fire 10 years prior). They hired PegArch to design their dream home to sit on the existing foundation. After meeting several times and discussing their options, the design was complete! The Client hired PegArch to design a 2 car garage addition to his summer home. The garage addition contains a shed roof off the back, which allows ample space in the bonus room on the second floor. Construction began June, 2018.
In-Law Suite / Residence - Prospect, CT
Beautiful home set in a rear lot in Prospect CT. Clients wanted a spacious in-law suite, as well as an in-law attached garage. Suite is accessible via wheelchair and requires no additional ramps. Clients were amazing to work with, and construction is expected to start in Spring 2018.
